My drawings start with an image I think of. I then sketch out the shape, and start inking out the drawing. I ink in the back ground as well. Once that is done I start penciling the colors. I focus on getting the eye's intensity-all my drawings are animals I have studied, for their mannerisms. I hope to portray their energy and spirit, and the drawing is my respect for the animal and their place in the world
